
1. Return/complaint initiation:
Please write to us at sales@ktechglobal.in for return/complaint. The details needs to contain the following data: customer's name, e-mail address, phone number, product ID, description of defect, date of purchase and image of product. The product is eligible for return in an unlikely case of defect or damage within 7 days of receipt of product.
2. Product return:
On mail approval, please return the product in original condition along with the copy of invoice.
